MAS-based buyers:
Cheque
or Postal Order
or Direct Bank Transfer (any charges to be met by you)

USA-based buyers:
Paypal
or Money Order (in RM)
or personal check in RM (please check with us first, as there will be a surcharge to cover bank charges)
or Direct Bank Transfer (any charges to be met by you)

Other buyers:
Paypal
or Money Order (in Ringgit Malaysia, RM)
or Direct Bank Transfer (any charges to be met by you)

I do not take credit card or BidPay payments.

Q: How much is the shipping ?

A: For most items this will be stated in the description. If not we will gladly give you an estimate on request, though please give us a little time, as the item may not yet be packed. We believe that all eBay auctions should be truly international and, though based in the Malaysia, will ship anywhere in the world. The stated price does not include insurance, which is voluntary.

Q: Is there a surcharge for packaging ?

A: We add a small amount for packing, just to cover our costs, but unlike many sellers we do NOT make a profit on the shipping and packing charges. Usually the packing charge will be just a few pence and if a shipping price is stated on the auction then this already INCLUDES the packing charge. If not, we'll gladly give you an estimate - just ask.

Q: Is the item insured ?

A: Unlike some sellers we do not automatically make you pay for insurance. The only way to insure within the Malaysia is to use Special Delivery. We will gladly add the extra for insurance - just ask for a revised invoice. If you choose NOT to insure that is your choice, but if it then does not arrive you must assume responsibility for its loss. We will always have documentary proof that it was handed to POS MALAYSIA for delivery.

Q: What happens if the item is lost or broken ?

A: Very few items are lost and we pack very well so do not expect you to receive a damaged item. However, you should insure any item sent overseas or any item sold for over RM300 and sent within the Malaysia, if you want to guarantee compensation. We cannot accept any responsibility for loss or breakage of items if not insured, though would consider carefully any evidence of negligence on our part. In the event of an insured breakage claim you would need to return the item to the POS MALAYSIA, and it will remain their property if compensation is paid. Compensation, if paid, will include the costs of postage.

Q: Can I get my item quickly ?

A: Special Delivery items are guaranteed to arrive at most Malaysia destinations by 1pm the day after posting. For International mail the only fast option is a courier, which is VERY expensive -much more than a courier from the States to the Malaysia. Also, please note that we only go to the Post Office twice a week, and reserve the right to wait for your cheque to clear before mailing the item. If you will need the item urgently - tell us before buying!
